To process your booking, send newsletters, or provide you with photo memories from your stay with us, Cape Town Lodges may collect your name, address, telephone number, birth date, nationality, gender, email, emergency contact name and phone number, passport information, medical conditions relevant to your safety, food preferences, package type requested, arrival information, allergies, medication use, purchase history, and photos or videos of you (with your consent).

The personal data we collect via a booking is stored in our customer database for five years. If you make a new booking within five years of your return date, information about previous bookings/products will be saved for another five years.
